I really enjoyed this course and I wanted to do it for years. The presenter imparts her knowledge in a very easy to understand manner. It was also lovely to chat to like-minded people.

Meditation & Yoga – Intensive course – Presented by Manish Singh

This 5-day Intensive has been excellent. What a great way to start the last 5 days. I will do the 10-day Intensive. I feel more relaxed and a lot more aware of my own reactions to my surroundings. This is my third time doing this course and it is very different, not just the course and who is running it, but myself. The one thing that is the same is I’m leaving the course feeling amazingly happy. Thank you Lionel and your wonderful team – you are all an inspiration.

Being an accountant the thought of “courses” and “seminars” fills me with dread. I have been totally and utterly entertained and informed each and every night! I have already found myself using techniques and adopting different thought processes, or simply just quietly being quiet. I feel calmer and less like I am about to spin out of control. I really liked hearing the presenters tell their stories of what they’d been through and the techniques they used to overcome their challenges. I have experienced anxiety for a number of years which has also led to loss of sleep and it has been great to find out that there is a light at the end of the tunnel and to learn ways of being able to gain a good sleep.

I found this a very insightful and helpful course given in a relaxed and friendly environment. I felt it made a big difference hearing what the speakers had been through. It was not only inspirational but it helped me appreciate my life and realize my problems may not be the end of the world. Thank you.

Hearing the presenters share stories of the difficulties they have gone through in their life and how they got through and overcame them was important to me. It also taught me how to view myself differently and how I have the ability to change. All in all, it was a really great, worthwhile day

Understanding Your Anger – Presented by Daniele Williams

Daniele is straightforward and down-to-earth. She readily challenges “crooked” thinking. She facilitates so that the forum is open and this allows people to be comfortable and speak freely, thus allowing greater learning for all. I enjoyed the nights, it helped me realize that there are others similar and others different, and that’s okay. Cheers and thanks. – Pete

This course has been the most influential thing I have ever done for myself and at the end of every class I felt happy. I can now see that there are other people with feelings, not just #1. Moving on from Depression and Anxiety – Presented by Fiona Best

Thank you for presenting this course. Speaking about this topic has given me better insight and understanding in identifying and treating this mental condition. I am relieved that my anxiety is not uncommon and that the physical symptoms experienced can be so easily treated and at times prevented. I have learnt little tricks that stop my mind from racing and methods to limit the effects of anxiety.

Fiona, thank you for helping people see how perfect they are in their imperfection and helping me to tune into things about myself that I hadn’t noticed before.

A great course and I will encourage others to do it. Very empowering but full of common sense and easy to relate to what’s presented.
