Thank you to both presenters. Lionel turned my light on: what a wonderful way in which the body was explained. I have done meditation but never the ‘why’ and ‘effect’ to explain the workings of the mind and body.

Some good realisations and techniques explored and expanded on - Tibetan breathing patterns and other physical techniques were quite useful to explore and practice.
Very helpful - very clear. The addition of Feldenkrais aids to sleeping sill be very helpful. I feel much more reassured about my sleeping and relaxing difficulties because of the explanations and tips given by both speakers. The final relaxation session with its touch was very comforting.
