I am now motivated to practice as the benefits appear to be significant. Well presented by Manish. I found the explanations of different moods and ways of breathing quite illuminating. Thank you for your presentation Manish. Manish was a great facilitator who appears to have a wealth of knowledge of not only breathing and the body but the science of it as well. The skill of breathing and what I learnt has application for me personally and with others. Thank you. I thought this course was really fantastic. The way things were practiced and the way they were explained was very clear and very interesting. Things I had never noticed or considered, but were so obvious, were pointed out. Good to take time out to focus on something so taken for granted. Will help me make better use of my yoga practise – I realised a spot I have been getting stuck on in the breath. Thanks Manish. I found this a practical workshop showing the possibility of proper breathing. Good pace – a lot of interesting background and explanation. Very interesting as we got to understanding more of the full breath and feeling it right through the body. It was an enjoyable and fully absorbing session. |
