Resilience refers to our ability to recover from misfortune – but recover how? Do we bounce back reduced and more afraid, even ashamed? Do we pretend everything is okay when it isn't? This workshop explores how being really honest about the impact of tough times can actually help us become stronger. We will explore how to use our experiences to become more of who we are and how to find a calm place within ourselves.
This will help us to make sense of the storms life can bring so we can genuinely thrive and go from strength to strength. See also Kris's session earlier today.
